Ensuring the health and safety of all clients and my own has always been at the forefront of AGC. With Covid-19, additional measures have been added required by law to ensure providing makeup, beauty and hair services are delivered safely.

I have undergone Covid-19 for Infection Control and checked off the Covid Safe Checklist for beauty therapists. You will be able to find a copy of this at the QLD Govt. Website.

Covid -19 Studio Policies

​

• Please Sanitize hands prior to entering studio

• Check-In on sign in sheet located at the front door - We are required to keep this information on file for a minimum of 28 days.

• Please maintain a 1.5m distance where possible 

• Please avoid bringing friends or family to your booked appointment.

• It is a requirement that you are to wear footwear on premises at all times

• For beauty services - (Brows & Lashes) Please bring your own facemask, should you forget, I have some available in studio for purchase at $3 at request.

• If you arrive early to your appointment, please let us know via message or wait in car until prior appointment has been completed - to ensure that studio has been cleaned and prepared for especially for you.

• If you are feeling unwell or have flu like symptoms please let us know, always more than happy to arrange a re-scheduled appointment for these circumstances - during Covid-19 pandemic. 

• Payments can be made via eftpos or bank deposits.

My Committment to you

• Social distancing will be practiced where possible

• Between each client, studio and used facilities will be wiped down and sanitized between appointments. 

• Any client and all that are included in the booking are required to disclose full name, email, residential address and contact number - which I am required by law to collect and hold for 28 days. This information will not be disclosed unless required by law. 

• Brushes and tools will be sanitized and deep cleansed and dried before any appointment or use. 

• Protective gear will be worn where possible.

• Sanitizing stations are located in each room of studio and hand washing facilities available. 

• The boutique studio is cozy and I will keep it private for each individual client for their booked appointment.

• I cannot share equipment whilst on the job.

• I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is sick or showing signs of illness/flu like symptoms, and to ask them to leave the premises. 

• Complete any Covid-19 Safe training needed for the beauty sector. 

• I will inform if I am unwell for any booked appointments and isolate during this time - I will contact each client to arrange a reschedule appointment or issue refund.

These measures have been implemented to ensure the health and safety of you,myself and our community. With these steps gives me the confidence that I am delievering your services safely and sending distant hus as I celebrate with you in preparation for special events and some of the most special days of your lives.
